Sewage back up

Raw sewage backed up into this unfinished basement causing the floor to be highly contaminated.  This homeowner's insurance company recommended he call SERVPRO.  In cleaning this up you need to be sure to protect your workers and your customers.  Our crew arrived with PPE covering their clothing, and worked to remove the contaminates.  Afterwards, they cleaned and sprayed with anti microbial agents.  Then an air scrubber was placed for a day to remove the odor that was still in the air.  Our homeowner was very happy with the results.  Don't try to clean this type of damage yourself without protection.
