Water damage

This home was listed for sale and vacant at the time the water damage was discovered. The carpet through out the home was stained and odorous and needed removal.  In some areas, such as the room pictured, we were able to save the drywall.  SERVPRO removed the baseboards, and drilled holes at baseboard level.  This enabled us to inspect if we had wet insulation behind the drywall.  In this case we did not therefore, we were able to dry the drywall by drilling the holes.  By doing this, it's a simple plug to the holes, and reinstall the baseboards.
